Job DescriptionJob Description

Care Lync is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with general office work and support of its executive and overall business operations. The Administrative Assistant provides general office support to the executive team with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Miscellaneous tasks required of the Executive Team

Booking travel and entertainment

Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate, tracking incoming referrals, returning calls from after-hours voicemail box.

Assists with other related clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing.

May assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking of office supplies and coordination of mail services.

QUALIFICATIONS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years of experience working as a administrative assistant

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Self-starter with ability to perform multiple assignments and prioritize while exercising good judgement working independently.

Excellent attention to detail, strong organization skills and excellent communication skills.

Consistency with ownership and accountability of all tasks performed.

Able to use general office equipment (scanner, copier, etc.).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly in an office type setting with varying degrees of background noise. Additionally field related work will be required as well.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, handle, to feel objects (such as tools or controls), climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must have the ability to read and interpret documents, write, and communicate effectively. Specific vision abilities or also required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision. The employee must regularly lift, move and climb stairs carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds.
