We have a tremendous opportunity available for business oriented, and seasoned retirement benefits analyst who will help create an environment where top talent can do their best work. In this role, you will provide hands on experience helping to manage the US retirement benefit programs in a global organization. In addition, having knowledge and background in retirement benefits design, you are a self-starter who values working in a collaborative environment to ensure the retirement plans are maintained with the utmost attention to compliance all the while working to effectively communicate the plan highlights to our US based staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager you will help with the development and management of the US retirement savings plans (401(k)).
  • Execute and help support with our internal key stakeholders any and all retirement compliance requirements, including annual ERISA plan audits, annual government disclosures, SPD, and non-discriminatory testing. This includes responsibility for understanding and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
  • Executes all weekly & bi-weekly funding of all plans; ensures adherence to internal governance process.
  • Executes 401(k) deferral and loan changes to ensure consistency with the plan and requested changes of our US employee population.
  • Leads annual 401(k) match and true-up calculation and execution.
  • Identify and help drive retirement program enhancements with the support of the Compensation & Benefits Manager.
  • Handles all escalated retirement issues from the Total Rewards team.
  • Leads any and all support in the development and delivery of materials for the quarterly 401(k) Retirement Committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners including HR, Finance, Payroll, Total Rewards Team, and the service providers
  • Support M & A activity, as needed.

Experience:

  • Must have years of experience helping to support a US retirement plan.
  • Strong knowledge of retirement program regulations, including ERISA, DOL, and IRS guidelines
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret and communicate data.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to plan and set priorities.
