In this position, you’ll play a vital role in uncovering and crafting stories [CM2] about our work and its impact on our communities to help us advance our firm’s mission and vision.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with market leaders to create and implement marketing business plans.
  • Manage relationships to promote and build awareness of RDG through the coordination of local events, advertisements and sponsorships.
  • Along with other marketing and communications team members, discover and tell the visual and written story of our firm, our projects and our people in the RDG brand voice through the support of our website, coordination of award submissions, coordination of project photography, distribution of branded materials and more.
  • Manage the organization and support of conferences and events.
  • Participate in the communication of our stories to local partners and potential clients.
  • Assist market leaders and marketing/studio coordinators with strategic proposal responses.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with diverse constituencies throughout the organization and with clients and partners
  • An active listener who asks questions as appropriate
  • Strength in coordinating an overall organization for marketing and business development
  • Seeks complex and dynamic work environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to develop successful strategies for completing projects

  • Required software skills: Microsoft Suite, Deltek Vision, Zoom, Adobe Suite
  • Required degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, communications or a related field or commensurate experience
  • Ideally 10+ years of experience
  • Preferred experience in AEC industry or marketing of professional services
