Job Title: Media Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planner to join our team at Two Rivers Marketing. As a Media Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive media strategies and plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.
  • Conduct research to identify optimal media channels, tactics, and partners.
  • Create targeting strategies to effectively reach and engage audiences.
  • Present media plans and insights to clients, addressing questions and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in media consumption habits.
  • Negotiate and purchase advertising space across various media partners and platforms.
  • Lead implementation of paid media plans, partnering with media specialists and coordinators to manage all facets of plan execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of agency or related marketing experience planning, executing, and analyzing paid media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of media planning and buying, including campaign planning, negotiation, purchasing, budget management, scheduling, and trafficking.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable rates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
