Responsibilities

The candidates selected for this position will be trained at our Eagan District office, focusing on sales, marketing, and the insurance industry as a whole. Responsibilities include:

  • Help advertise, contact, and create new ways to reach prospective clients
  • Make initial contact with potential clients
  • Reach out to existing customers for account management
  • Social media/website maintenance
  • Learn our company's marketing system Salesforce/Apex help manage for the agency
  • Manage the agency's bulk emailing and drip marketing campaigns
  • Manage/ create digital marketing for the agency
  • Contacting and quoting provided leads
  • Manage website reviews
  • Help run and promote community events (face-to-face marketing)
  • Assist in office administrative tasks
  • Other duties may be included

Requirements

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to get MN Insurance Licenses
