Job Summary:

Door Renew Orlando is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Schedule Coordinator. This position is responsible for driving sales and coordinating schedules for our franchise in the Orlando, Florida area. As an individual contributor, the Inside Sales & Schedule Coordinator will play a key role in growing our business in this region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $15 to $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role offers a commission structure based on sales performance. Our employees also enjoy weekly pay and opportunities for advancement within our fast-growing franchise.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales:

- Respond to leads and Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, email, and other channels 
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management team
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Door Renew Orlando to effectively communicate with customers
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities for both residential and commercial customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

- Willing to train for outside sales including site assessments, trade shows, local chambers and other community activities including some weekend work. 



2. Schedule Coordination:

- Manage and maintain schedules for sales appointments, installations, and service calls
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure schedules are optimized to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time between appointments
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and scheduling activities

3. Customer Service:

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their experience
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns and escalate to the appropriate team member, if necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and positive reviews/referrals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the franchise or home improvement industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in using sales and scheduling software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends, as needed
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
