We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to solicit new business for Stream Recycling Solutions, a subsidiary of Camston Wrather LLC, at our Plant City, FL location. The Inside Sales Representative will work with the Business Development team to identify, prospect and generate solid leads and coordinate activity in the sales cycle and onboarding process. This includes cold calling, establishing rapport and converting prospects into strong potential sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain knowledge of our value proposition and target clientele.
  • Use cold calling, networking, and online research to identify and generate leads.
  • Develop strategies to target potential clients in your designated territory.
  • Explain to new potential customers our services, processes and pricing, and answer questions they may have.
  • Adjust sales scripts and messaging to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals upon initial engagement.
  • Maintain computerized Company system keeping data current with updates to prospect status, needs, contacts, issues and opportunities and other key information.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects and adapt proposal within defined range of options.
  • Develop and deploy relationship management tactics with key customer contacts; obtain names of other influencers, decision makers, and approvers within account to position and fulfill value propositions. Responsible for setting next action and execution.
  • Assist in achieving desired market penetration.
  • Provide support to Business Development team.
  • Other job-related tasks as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with phone and email marketing and sales.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services, including product demonstration and customer sales and retention techniques.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation with a strategic thinking mindset.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and modify message delivery to meet varying needs of customers.
  • Ability to organize and manage time, predicting and meeting changing demands as necessary.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven leadership qualities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire to improve overall efficiency and overcome day to day roadblocks and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

This is an hourly role with base pay in the 40 to 50k range plus quarterly commissions for target total compensation of 40 to 70k.
