Inside Sales / Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Account Manager to join our team at Crawford Thomas Recruiting. As an Inside Sales / Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our flooring, kitchen, and bath product offerings.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers, considering their specific requirements and budgetary constraints.
  • Process sales orders promptly and accurately using our internal systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in the flooring, kitchen, or bath industry.
  • Strong understanding of flooring materials, kitchen, and bath products, including different types of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and fixtures.
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to effectively manage accounts, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
