Ewald Consulting currently serves multiple professional and trade associations with their strategic partnership and sales needs with tasks including, but not limited to: annual sponsorships; advertising revenue; conference sponsorship/exhibitor sales; and membership growth. As Ewald Consulting continues to grow, additional support is needed to help expand the offerings we provide to our clients in the strategic partnership and sales area.


Roles and Responsibilities


The Strategic Partnership and Sales Coordinator uses a CRM, multiple database systems, and collaboration with other segments of our internal team and client leaders to maximize revenue and growth for our clients.  The scope of services varies by client.


The responsibilities for each area of focus include and are not limited to the following:


  • Conduct prospect development, specific to each client
  • Demonstrate consultative selling skills and an understanding of clients
  • Execute tactics that increase revenue, including outreach via email and phone calls
  • Learn and execute the company's sales process
  • Proactively and accurately track sales development
  • Meet and exceed both internal and external goals
  • Provide regular reports on outreach efforts
  • Attend client events on an as-needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications and Education


Bachelor's degree


Strong intuition and business acumen


Strong personal management skills


Excellent customer service presence and mindset


Strong organizational and project management skills


Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment


Capacity to service multiple clients from diverse industries


Strong communication skills, both written and oral


General knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with proficiency in MS Word and Excel


Preferred Knowledge and Skills


Familiarity/Fluency with HubSpot CRM


Familiarity/Fluency with YourMembership software
