Euronet Software Solutions (Euronet USA, LLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet. Euronet Software Solutions was established with the mission of developing and evolving the payment technologies needed to power Euronet’s global operations.

As a Technical Release Project Specialist, you will serve as technical liaison with customers, project manager and project team to ensure that all project deliverables are accomplished according to system upgrade requirements and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute the release of software systems, applications, and infrastructure. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the smooth transition and implementation of new releases, while minimizing risks and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the release of software systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope and requirements.
  • Develop release schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Manage the release process, including coordinating resources and resolving conflicts.
  • Participates in testing activities of software where required.
  • Assist with upgrade consultation for internal and external customers.
  • Conduct post-release reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical release project management.
  • Strong understanding of software release lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
  • Prefer knowledge of RPG, CL, or Java/SQL programming language.
  • Knowledge of ITM, Euronet Software suite of products beneficial.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial or electronic funds software.
  • Ability to read technical requirements and relate them to the business needs of the customer.
  • Knowledge of AS/400, iSeries platform and OS/400 operating system.
