This position will be based out of Woodbridge, VA. The salary range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

The students and families we serve are essential to our continued success. We are looking for an individual who will interact daily with the Third Party Agencies, Field Operations and Alphabest's customers to provide support and ensure we obtain funding allocated to AlphaBEST for families receiving assistance and educate families on available assistance.

This position will be housed in Woodbridge, VA. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional flexible scheduling may be required if supporting programs in different time zones. This is a full-time position with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and more

Position Details:

  • Provide accurate and efficient customer service that includes answering questions and executing account servicing tasks
  • Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
  • Resolves customer service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Follow internal procedures to initiate third-party payment and monitor accounts for payments postings from third parties and co-payments from families
  • Communicate with third-party entities to ensure families can receive financial assistance
  • Work with third-party entities and families to obtain the necessary documentation to qualify for financial assistance
  • Perform tasks to reconcile missing payments from family accounts and follow internal procedures to procure payments
  • Works to support other Specialists company-wide as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
