Job DescriptionJob Description
  1. Process order entry into the database accurately
  2. Perform basic customer service duties
  3. Assist Sales Executive to achieve a high level of customer confidence in Maxzone
  4. Maintain files and generate reports
  5. Maintain internal database by inputting related information
  6. Support each department as they require
  7. Perform other duties as assigned (Operation-ASN)
  8. Receptionist
  9. Allocate and wave all orders from the sales department.
  10. Printing held format report to if items need to do replenishment.
  11. Follow customer requests to print inner labels.
  12. Place all waved orders on the order desk and make all processes smooth.
  13. Make box numbers after double check and packing lists when the order is finished.
  14. Printing UPS Shipping Labels and Saved UPS Daily Shipping Reports.
