  • More than 7 years of experience in the technical area of expertise in a number of large clients similar in size to end client.
  • Depth of technical experience covering the required technology domains.
  • Experience of customer and supplier management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kanban, JIRA, and MS Project
The minimum scope, but not limited to the tasks indicated below, to be carried out by the Service Provider, is described below.It should be taken into account that in order to carry out all these activities, the Service Provider must comply with the methodologies and procedures of end client in each of these areas.
  • Participate in scope definition, technical solution design, budget estimation and resource plan for the project
  • Collaborate and contribute with the technical experience in the Technical Infrastructure Design for key technology platforms as part of platform upgrade and refresh activities
  • Strong technical background to understand, provide solutions and manage technical concepts
  • Provide technical input to architectural planning utilizing relevant expertise to ensure that architectural plans and budgets reflect the activities and investment required to move from the current state to the desired state.
  • Elaborate project timeline having in consideration the technical complexity and activities of the project
  • Assist in the preparation of technical infrastructure standards including build and configuration standards for assigned technology domains
  • Perform technical assessments/reviews between different infrastructure options as part of platform upgrade and refresh activities
  • Supervise HW and SW installation tasks as needed to assist project delivery and provide assistance and expert guidance as needed
  • Propose project work program
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation actions. Risk management and contingency plans preparation considering the technical and business ecosystem where the project is located
  • Quality plan preparation
  • Elaborate Project Definition and Project Reports and participation in Project Committees.
  • Monitoring and Control of all tasks and milestones of the project, especially those that are in the critical path
  • Contribute to Lead technical solutions implementation in coordination and aligned with the end client Technical strategy
  • Support on the introduction and maintenance of tasks and progress in the ServiceNow tool.
  • Manage project budget and report on project budget variances.
  • Coordinate TPO cross-functional teams. Holds regular program/project status meetings.
  • Interaction and collaboration with local and global senior management and across all business units and organizations to coordinate project planning.
  • Ensure adherence to Architecture and PMO methodology
  • Support on the development of project management procedures.
  • Support on the identification of the training needs. Preparation of the training plan.
  • Project close - after project tasks are completed - perform project evaluation, highlight project success and/or learnings from project history
  • Identify, develop, and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist. Develop and maintain technical documentation as an outcome for the Projects
  • Must possess advanced knowledge of Kanban methodology, JIRA platform, & MS Project
