Key Responsibilities
  • Over 7 years of experience in technical project management, particularly with large-scale clients.
  • Extensive technical expertise across various technology domains.
  • Proficient in managing customer and supplier relationships.
  • Advanced understanding of project management tools such as Kanban, JIRA, and MS Project.
Core Duties
  • Engage in defining project scope, designing technical solutions, estimating budgets, and planning resources.
  • Collaborate on the Technical Infrastructure Design for key technology platforms during upgrade and refresh initiatives.
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge to comprehend, propose solutions, and oversee technical concepts.
  • Provide architectural planning insights, ensuring alignment of plans and budgets with necessary activities and investments.
  • Develop project timelines that reflect the technical complexities involved.
  • Assist in creating technical infrastructure standards, including build and configuration protocols.
  • Conduct technical assessments and reviews of various infrastructure options during upgrade processes.
  • Oversee hardware and software installation tasks to facilitate project delivery and provide expert guidance.
  • Draft project work programs and identify potential risks with mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare quality plans and project reports, participating in relevant project committees.
  • Monitor and control all project tasks and milestones, focusing on critical path activities.
  • Lead the implementation of technical solutions in accordance with the company's technical strategy.
  • Support the introduction and maintenance of project tasks within the ServiceNow tool.
  • Manage project budgets and report on any variances.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold regular project status meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior management and various business units to align project planning.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural and PMO methodologies.
  • Assist in developing project management procedures and identifying training needs.
  • Conduct project evaluations post-completion, highlighting successes and lessons learned.
  • Innovate and propose solutions where established procedures may not exist, maintaining technical documentation as a project outcome.
  • Must possess advanced knowledge of Kanban methodology, JIRA platform, and MS Project.
