  • Independently and proactively identify and work on projects that span multiple careers site verticals.
  • Develop strategic creative briefs that align to the business objectives, brand strategy and goals of the employer brand team.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, product management, or product design.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, thriving amidst ambiguity while ensuring executional excellence.
  • Experience in leading and working in matrixed teams and organizations.
  • A working knowledge of best practices in content design, product design and user flows.
