To be considered for the role you will have:

·      Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a similar guest-facing role in a high-end restaurant environment.

·      Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.

·      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

·      Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and menu offerings.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
