Key Responsibilities:- Manage Reservations: Coordinate and manage guest reservations to ensure seamless and efficient service.
- Guest Book Management: Maintain a high-touch guest book with attention to detail, curating guests' experiences and building a rich guest history.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate guest needs and necessary information to restaurant managers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of guest issues.
- Service Flow and Capacity Management: Understand floor plan and service flow to maximize restaurant capacity, minimize wait times, and meet guest needs.
- Guest Experience Expeditor: Expedite guest experiences, special requests, and prepays to ensure exceptional service.
- Support Guest Relations Department: Assist with daily VIP reports, escalate inquiries to management, and communicate event inquiries to Sempre Oggi management.
- Professionalism and Image: Project a positive image in telephone and email conversations, maintaining composure under stressful situations.
- Menu and Design Knowledge: Have a thorough knowledge of Sempre Oggi restaurant menus and design.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior restaurant experience, with a preference for upscale dining.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Guest Relations Skills: Strong guest relations skills and a desire to build relationships with guests.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient on Resy and Open Table.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and strong work and personal ethic.
$24.00/hour + tips.
