About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Enablement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating and delivering training content for our customers, helping them learn and effectively use our AI Scribe software 


This full-time position requires working 3 days a week in our (Mountain View, CA, Lehi, UT) office.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and design engaging training content, including tutorials, guides, and webinars, tailored to various customer needs.

  • Conduct training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in using our scribe software.

  • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to stay updated on software features and enhancements.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.

  • Maintain a comprehensive library of training resources for easy customer access.

  • Track and report on training program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

What You Have

  • Proven experience in customer enablement or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of software training and development of instructional content.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials.

  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and video editing software.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Background in customer success or customer support.

  • Experience with scribe or similar software is a HUGE +.

Compensation Range: $90K - $110K
