This is an in-office position, must be willing to commute to Redwood City, CA. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.

Duties include but not limited to:
· Provide timely and accurate feedback to client insurance inquiries on existing insurance policies with regards to insurance policy amendments, billing, claims and upcoming renewals.
· Support insurance policyholders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
· Handling service requests, processing necessary paperwork, and answering all incoming calls.
· Sets up and maintains files on new and existing clients.
· Provide help and be of service to our clients and prospects.
· Maintain and establish client relationships as well as follow up with clients upon request.
· Help protect customers by offering products that will meet their needs.
· Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage.
