Responsibilities:
- Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
- Building repairs
- Equipment operation (light and heavy machinery experience a plus)
- Welding, fabrication, and fence/gate repair (experience a plus)
- Valid Driver's License required
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable on ladders and lifts
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
