Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager for a private company best known for its energy drinks and sports team ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all products and accounts through 100% execution to defined call frequencies

• Resolve problems, maintain accurate call records and follow up on all orders

• Develop new account relationships within defined markets

• Determine current and ongoing product and POS needs to increase sales brand visibility

• Utilize all sales tools and provide Area Sales Managers (ASM) with clear communication of execution activities

• Develop a plan to execute all daily account calls tracking results and next-call account targets

• Drive in-store execution by hitting monthly KPI targets, call frequencies, and hit rates

• Increase Quality Points of Distribution (QPODs) in-store and follow up on account-level execution

• Evaluate and communicate all competitors activities such as new launches and price reductions

• Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPls) focused on areas such as sales, distribution, displays, email marketing, sales effectiveness, and others

• Build and protect the brand

• Bring energy and a "Can Do" attitude every day

• Collaborate with members of distribution teams to develop and execute programs.

• Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group

• Maintain and grow the relationship with the customer contacts at each assigned account.

• Build a world-class Tell Sell program by providing field data and insights to improve process and routing to drive results

Requirements:

TRAVEL• Minimal

• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as active listening skills

• Advanced mathematical skills

• Organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer contracts

• Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities

• Excellent overall computer skills and familiarity with a variety of software

• Prior sales experience preferred; Inside sales experience a plus

• Strong track record of success

• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred

• Thorough understanding of the direct store delivery (DSD) business

• Additional language skills an advantage

• Employee is regularly required to use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

• Employee frequently is required to walk and sit.

• Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• Employee must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions

• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
