Job DescriptionJob Description

Valbin Corporation is seeking Level III Arabic-DG Linguists (Iraqi Dialect) to support coordination and delivery of Army training programs. The ideal candidates will have real-world battalion or brigade operational experience, joint force operational experience and/or have been prior interpreters for US Forces.

Roleplayers will help train Army National Guard Leadership in Joint Force partnerships and operational planning, either as Friendly Force Commanders or Interpreters, as part of a series of partnership training and interoperability planning sessions.

Commanders / Officers - Requirements
  • Level 3 (L-3/R-3/S-3) qualified “Arabic-DG” linguist.
  • Must have real-world battalion or brigade operational leadership experience (prior CDR / S3 / Staff Officer etc.).
  • Prior experience in Joint Force partnerships and interoperability planning preferred.

Interpreter - Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Level 3 (L-3/R-3/S-3) qualified “Arabic-DG” linguist.
  • Prior US Forces Interpreter, or other experience as a US Training Support Interpreter.


Minimum Job Requirements

  • Available to work during June 2024.
  • US Citizen or Green card Holder, 18 years or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Prior military experience.
  • Able to walk up to two miles over rough terrain during day or limited light conditions, and during all types of weather.
  • Able to operate in close proximity to blank weapons firing.
  • Able to follow the guidance of assigned team leaders and/or military personnel.
  • Position requires close customer contact, the ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Successful candidates must exhibit the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and government officials.
