Full Job Description

In this role, you will be helping clients clarify their goals, and what options are available, and demonstrating the care, compassion, and empathy our firm embodies.


You will have to be discerning and qualify prospective clients as good fits for us as much as persuade them to move forward and hire our firm.


You will be supported by a client services team and strategy that generates leads and appointments and a legal team that consistently transforms lives with their excellent work. Your ability to give and take feedback productively will be key to your success.


You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and incentivized to create even better and more streamlined processes to manage and follow up on a high number of leads.


This position is in person, but flexibility and hybrid work are options. Professional conduct is vital. We need someone who is warm, empathetic, and personal, who can relate to our clients and feels inspired by their journeys.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct CRM process to streamline prospective new clients and contracts
  • Provide support and accountability for Client Services Specialists in the intake, consultation, and general scheduling processes
  • Manage multiple calendars simultaneously and audit for accuracy  
  • Drive and streamline case opening processes to facilitate a professional introduction and transition to the legal team once the case or matter has begun.
  • Assure client satisfaction and quality control
  • Find creative ways to incentive and inspire the Client Services team
  • Direct and create firm marketing efforts
  • Actively engage in dialogue with management regarding the quality and volume of the leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on your “front lines” experience.


Compensation

  • Base salary will be determined DOE, to include performance-based incentive pay.

Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of the legal industry is a must.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service is required.
  • Sales experience and/or experience with CRM in a law firm strongly preferred.
  • Real-life experience in overcoming difficulties of your own is an asset.
  • Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life, so you know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated interest in immigrant advocacy is a strong preference.
  • Strong and demonstrated detail-orientation is required.
  • Should be familiar with Microsoft Office suite, familiarity with CRM software, case management software, online scheduling are all a plus. 
  • Must be fluent/native in English and Spanish in written and oral form.
