- Manage incoming calls and warmly welcome clients.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients about available insurance products.

This position is offered through a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any relevant licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents operate as independent contractors who hire their own staff, and their employees are not considered employees of State Farm.
