Job Summary: The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
