Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries related to travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on travel options, itineraries, and packages tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
- Handle travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
- Resolve client issues or concerns related to travel plans, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations, address changes, and handle special requests.
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to offer clients the best advice.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback.
- Support clients with pre-trip preparation, including travel documents, visas, and health requirements.
