Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Design and implement change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs
- Manage a team of change management professionals to ensure change initiatives are executed consistently and effectively
- Play a pivotal role in connecting diverse teams to ensure the successful attainment of goals and the management of intricate projects
- Lead the implementation of enhancement strategies and tools in process improvement and learning management, including course development projects
- Develop procedures, set standards, define priorities, and create work plans
- Create metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure change readiness and adoption
- Develop long-range objectives and strategic plans related to business process improvement and curriculum design.
- Apply a considerable knowledge of practices, concepts and procedures of a particular field of specialization in the completion of significant assignments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, political science, policy, communications, or related discipline
- 8+ years of relevant, professional experience
- 4+ years of related management experience
- Curious and open-minded approach to work
- Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
- Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of employee experience, customer experience, and/or service design
- Experience consulting or working for the Federal government
