- Conduct property tours and assist prospective tenants with the leasing process, from application to lease signing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents, including creating promotional materials and maintaining an online presence.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and update property management software with current lease information.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and conduct regular property inspections.
- Assist with planning and executing resident events and activities to foster community engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service. Experience in multifamily property management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance
