Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionThe Wholesale Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective functioning of the IL Wholesale Sales Team. Reporting to the Wholesale Sales Lead, you will be responsible for data entry, ensuring seamless communication, and contributing to the overall success of wholesale sales. 
ResponsibilitiesCollaboration:
  • Assist in wholesale order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate requests from customers to corresponding Sales Representative to ensure a positive and professional business relationship.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team weekly to implement new pricing/products, promotions, etc.
  • Coordinate efforts with the Wholesale Sales Team to align operational activities with sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Sales Lead to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
Data Entry and Maintenance:
  • Assist in updating and managing inventory in Excel weekly based on data from inventory management system (LeafTrade).
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. 
  • Assist Sales Representatives in creation of weekly order offers (Excel spreadsheet).
  • Enter wholesale orders into inventory management system (LeafTrade).
Customer Relations/Outreach:
  • Communicate with Wholesale Sales Team about customer facing needs weekly.
  • Assist Wholesale Sales Team with various tasks (dropping off swag, display set-up, etc.) at dispensaries throughout the state.
  • Continue to grow customer relationships by visiting dispensaries weekly.
  • At Sales Representative’s request, set up and run pop-up booths and staff educationals at dispensaries.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of cannabis industry experience required.
  • Excel proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of Aeriz brands and processes is a must.
  • Must have ability to travel frequently using personal vehicle.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must adhere to all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
