Responsibilities: 
  • Manage staffing operations that involve coordination of client visits, maintenance, and upkeep of scheduling records.
  • Schedule caregivers with clients based on personality, skill, client's scheduling needs, and caregivers' availability.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and field staff to ensure quality home care service is provided.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers, and community organizations.
  • Manage caseload while proactively growing it by adapting to strategic initiatives set by management.
  • Communicate scheduling changes between office and field staff accurately and on time.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.
     
  • Organize caregiver and client requests such as time off requests, questions, changes in schedule and/or availability, and concerns.
  • Utilize our web-based home care system to monitor caregivers for on-time arrival, manage the clock-in/clock-out system, monitor care logs, and update client and caregiver records.
  • The position is directed by goals and deadlines, which require excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Perform other projects/duties as assigned by the administration.
     
Requirements: 
 
  • High school diploma
  • At least 2 years of relevant and related work experience
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing
  • Solid understanding of evaluating and interpreting employees' interpersonal skills relevant to job positions and organizational performance
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must have solid organizational development skills and a positive/proactive attitude necessary to promote teamwork
  • Must be able to resolve issues, collaborate with a team, and understand the need for accurate and timely communication and escalation
  • Must be comfortable with basic technology applications and quick-to-learn proprietary industry-specific software
  • Must be organized and detailed, able to handle documentation
  • A background check will be required
  • Must have authorization to work in the USA
