Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for various positions, including open funded, competitive, and proposal roles, staying informed about new technologies and skillsets.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and implement a strategic and personalized sourcing process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, program managers, and business development leads to understand job requirements and suggest effective recruiting strategies.
- Work with your team to identify and overcome roadblocks, following a strategic process for optimal candidate response rates.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system, ensuring high data integrity.
- Advocate for and embody our company culture.
- Anticipate challenges, leaning forward to recommend creative solutions.
