Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Representation & Relationships: Professional representation of the company, understanding job requisitions, and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Process: Managing all phases of recruitment, sourcing candidates, evaluating skills, and ensuring documentation is current.
  • Onboarding & Training: engage new hires through the onboarding process and train new supervisors
  • Compliance & Support: Keeping up with HR regulations, participating in meetings, and cross-training in HR disciplines: Maintain accurate job description and create interview questions database
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience & Skills: Previous recruitment experience, strong branding and social media skills, excellent time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
  • Communication & Problem Solving: Articulate communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation.
Education and Experience
  • Education: Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Minimum Starting Salary of $60,000 with a range based on years of direct experience.
