The Laboure College of Healthcare seeks a collaborative and experienced Enrollment Systems Manager to bring their proven record of accomplishment to the position. The Enrollment Systems Manager is responsible for enrollment technology and related college-based applications, ensuring systems and information are available, stable, secure and reliable. The Enrollment Systems Manager provide oversight and direction for technology projects and activities related to recruitment, admissions and enrollment will be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of relevant systems inclusive of, but not limited to the college's HubSpot, SalesHub, aspects of Jenzabar among others.

Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Acts as a technical lead and liaison between users, information systems and vendors to establish or adjust system priorities within Jenzabar, HubSpot, and other systems.
  • Act as the college’s “power user” for relevant enrollment technology and serve as the first point of contact for relevant partners/vendors.
  • Develop a practical and working knowledge of processes; interact with key college partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the enrollment area.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify enrollment technology needs, assess existing applications to determine their strengths and weaknesses, and work with colleagues and college leadership to implement solutions to optimize the quality of services. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the efficiency of applications and systems and recommend corrective measures when needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment & retention communication plans.
  • Conduct onboarding and training for staff and faculty to our systems and best practices in their utilization when needed.
  • Implement system upgrades and ensure all users are aware and trained on new features.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years' experience in undergraduate admissions or related enrollment services area; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in the use of and implementation of educational technology systems.
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population.
  • Demonstrated success working in teams to reach established goals.
  • Mission-driven and committed to working at a college that serves multilingual and multicultural nontraditional students.
  • Must be willing and able to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience using Jenzabar, HubSpot and/or SalesHub is a plus.
