As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be essential to furthering our mission by utilizing your strong background in graphic design to support various marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both creative and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives.

Please note: This is a temporary position expected to last between 3 to 6 months (40 hours per week), with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

This role will:

  • Create and edit visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and event materials using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
  • Design and distribute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Assist in the planning and assist with the execution of marketing events (Ex. trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, or even local promotional events)
  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining files and documents related to marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing manager and other team members to keep everyone informed and aligned.
  • Liaise with graphic designers, writers, and other team members to produce brochures, presentations, blog posts, and other collateral.
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and content creation.
  • Help to facilitate communication and collaboration within the marketing team.

This role might be a good fit for you if you have:

  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as online design platforms like Canva.
  • Ensuring that digital and physical assets are easily accessible, secure, and systematically arranged
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events.
  • Proficiency in software and online platforms such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox, WordPress, Shopify, CRM systems, and Monday.com.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Range$23.50—$28.75 USD
