Part Time - Flexible Hours - In Office

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general receptionist duties, answer phones, direct calls, answer general questions when able, greet visitors and direct them as appropriate.
  • Act as an Office 365 administrator, creating email addresses, groups, designating rights and terminating access when appropriate.
  • Assist with the distribution, maintenance and troubleshooting of iPads, which served as our time and attendance kiosks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records and documentation. Draft and distribute correspondence related to HR matters.
  • Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding function, this could include posting opportunities, creating recruitment flyers, leveraging social media to gain attention, scheduling interviews, making offers, tracking post-offer needs to ensure completion, helping candidates complete onboarding, communicating with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with I9/E-Verify process.
  • Assist with employee data management in ADP Workforce Now. This will include administering changes, auditing data, running, sharing and analyzing reports.
  • Create, distribute and track safety training.
  • Support employee benefit administration by communicating options and eligibility, answering routine questions and assisting in the open enrollment process.
  • Support projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
