A Day in the Life of a Customer Success Agent:

You will work as part of a strong sales and support team. You will be key to our overall success as a customer relationship builder and customer expectations manager. This is not a sales role. Customer success management begins once the customer has committed to our solution.

You will:

  • Manage all post-sales activity for only our largest and most important customers through strong relationship-building.
  • Help customers understand their integration needs and how to get the most out of our software in conjunction with their existing systems.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers to ensure their goals are reasonable, achievable and help them define how they will measure success.
  • Handle escalation of issues and work across teams to resolve problems.
  • Work closely with the rest of the sales team and the customer to develop a roadmap for future projects with the goal of delivering increased return on the customer's investment and customer retention.
  • Consistently check that your customers are meeting their success and adoption goals.
  • Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our product offering and be able to speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements.
  • Learn our approach to customer engagement and suggest enhancements.
  • Work with the software publisher to:
    • Improve the tracking and success of all customers.
    • Supply our customer's feedback to the development team on potential software enhancements.


What Qualifications are Required?

  • Minimum of two years related experience
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high value customers.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work with changing priorities.
  • Be able to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
  • Willing to develop fresh ideas
  • Eager to take the initiative to get things done.
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or similar working experience. Remember, this is a customer relationship building and management role. Sales experience is not needed or necessary.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary (sitting) position for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to type and perform other computer-related work for extended periods of time.


Benefits:

Compensation

  • Salary: 65-80k base with a bonus structure between 10k-20k. Total compensation of 75k-100k.
