What would you do as a Ambulatory Surgical Center Revenue Cycle Manager

As the Revenue Cycle Manager at Comprehensive Interventional Care Centers, you will manage and oversee the complete revenue cycle, ensuring the financial success of our ambulatory surgery center. Your role will involve strict compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines, safeguarding our commitment to integrity and safety. You'll enhance performance metrics while analyzing financial and operational reports to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities that drive quality improvement. Collaborating closely with various practice locations, you'll tailor solutions to meet their unique needs, fostering a customer-centric approach.

Additionally, you will conduct thorough performance evaluations of the billing cycle and work in tandem with our billing entity to improve outcomes. Staying abreast of industry trends, changes, and best practices in ASC revenue cycle management will ensure our high-performance culture remains at the forefront of the healthcare landscape

Requirements for this Ambulatory Surgical Center Revenue Cycle Manager job

To thrive as a Revenue Cycle Manager at Comprehensive Interventional Care Centers, candidates must possess a blend of analytical prowess and comprehensive knowledge in revenue cycle management. A minimum of five years' progressive revenue cycle experience, including three years specifically within ASC billing and coding, is essential. Familiarity with orthopedic, podiatric, urological, pain management, spine, and cardiology specialties will set you apart. In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a must, as is a proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance metrics to achieve measurable results. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions that drive operational efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, fostering a customer-centric approach in client interactions. Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and the Microsoft Office Suite will be necessary tools in your arsenal to ensure success in this dynamic role

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
