Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize clinics, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and offices, including but not limited to floors, surfaces, restrooms, windows, and furniture.
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners.
  • Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure walkways, entrances, and exits are clean and free of debris.
  • Respond to urgent cleaning requests promptly.
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Knowledge of basic "handy-man" tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry push or pull objects and equipment weight up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle cleaning tools and equipment such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and buffers.
  • Capacity to bend, stoop, kneed, and crouch frequently
