Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.

  • Maintain clear and tidy walkways, entrances, and exits, ensuring they are free from debris.
  • Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests.
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Capability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in handling cleaning tools and equipment such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and buffers
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently
