Job DescriptionSeeking a Production Supervisor with proven experience in managing a team of 7-8 in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate should be computer savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have at least 3 years of plant floor experience. Must demonstrate a production-driven, results-oriented, and safety-focused approach, with stable work history and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of operators to achieve production targets effectively and efficiently.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to foster positive behavior and professional growth.
  • Design and implement systems to ensure reliable, efficient, and cost-effective production operations.
  • Oversee key operational aspects such as Operator and Production Scheduling, Overtime Scheduling, and Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Associate degree in operation management, engineering, or a related field.
  • bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control methodologies, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
