Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and production management, with expertise in 5S, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles. Experience in aluminum composite panel production is not required, but a proven track record in managing and optimizing production processes is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management:
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.


  • Process Improvement:
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
  • Identify and eliminate waste, streamline processes, and improve overall production efficiency.
  • Train and mentor production staff on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.


  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve quality issues.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, coach, and develop the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff.
  • Ensure proper training and development programs are in place for all production employees.


  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all production staff.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and address any identified hazards or non-compliance issues.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing and production management.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with production planning and management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
