- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven experience in project management, including leading complex projects in the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies such as Agile and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
- PMP or CBAP certification is desirable.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry or LEAN manufacturing.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
