Job Description:
Support the goals and functions of the Disaster Restoration Division.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Administrative functions with a focus on industry required Compliance Standards
- Phone coverage with a focus on excellent customer service
- Interaction with insurance adjusters
- Billing and Accounts Receivable
- Scheduling of production crews
Job Minimum Qualifications:
- A commitment to all compliance procedures and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings
- Office management skills including:
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Analytical thinking and decision making
- Problem-solving
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to learn and grasp new software systems
- Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to a rapidly changing environment
Position Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in compliance management
- Experience in job site production work, estimating, and project management
- Experience in a service industry
- Available for on-call rotation
- Required to sit for long periods of time, stand, talk, hear, reach, and use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision requirements do to documentation and computer work
- Light to moderate lifting may be required
- Report to work as scheduled and on time
- Clock in and out appropriately
- Present a positive, professional image of ServiceMaster
- Manage time efficiently and flex with changing needs
- Complete time sensitive and deadline related tasks as required
- Attend training provided by ServiceMaster
- Maintain a neat and organized working environment
- Communicate regularly and professionally with managers
