The Role

The Construction General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the organization, including:


  • Providing leadership and direction to ensure the company's vision, mission, goals, and objectives are achieved;
  • Working with executive staff to set goals and execute; and
  • Expanding the company along senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams;
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management principle;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to make difficult decisions in a fast-paced environment;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
  • Extensive experience in business management and operations
