Vision Financial Group, a dynamic, holistic wealth management firm, is seeking a licensed (7/66) financial advisor to fill the role of Co-Advisor. This personable, organized individual will manage an existing book of clients with the opportunity to add additional clients. This role offers base compensation as well as the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting with clients of simple to moderate complexity to ascertain their financial objectives, risk tolerance, income, expenses and assets
  • Assisting with the development of clients’ financial plans using financial information and knowledge of current legislation
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers using professional oral and written communication skills
  • Educating clients on products and services available to help them best utilize their available funds and achieve important monetary goals
  • Exceeding customer expectations with accurate, efficient, courteous, and professional service
  • Researching and recommending investment opportunities for clients
  • Offering strategic advice regarding risk management strategies such as insurance coverage, annuity products, and debt management tools
  • Performing market research to stay current with financial trends
  • Maintaining compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry
  • Utilizing proper security processes to protect client information
  • Completing all mandatory training in a timely manner, including continuing education for FINRA licenses

Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related area of study
  • Valid FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) licenses required
  • 1+ years in the financial industry desired
  • Strong understanding of investments and asset management strategies/analysis
  • Self-starter, problem solver, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills required
