Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities of CNC Machinist and Setup Technicians, as well as Welders.
  • Review all new jobs.
  • Provide required information to the Project Managers for quoting process.
  • Provide general support to production supervisors and team as needed.
  • Manage the tooling inventory and budget for the Machine Shop.
  • Ensure production, safety, and quality procedures are being followed.
  • Assess, train, and coach to improve department's overall performance.
  • Coordinate process flow with other departments.
Qualifications

Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
  • Strong CNC programing skills on mills and lathes.
  • Experience with CAD-CAM software.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work Enprotech's 1st shift hours of Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
