Production Team Supervisor

Position Overview: The Manufacturing Team Supervisor will oversee the workflow and allocate tasks among team members, including themselves. This role involves tracking the team's performance and ensuring that daily operations are executed efficiently within the designated department.
Work Schedule: First Shift: 4x10; M-Th 6am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the execution of daily operational tasks.
- Engage with web coding, lamination machinery, sledding, and web converting processes.
- Prior experience in label production is advantageous.
- Experience as a Machine Operator, capable of fulfilling both operator and supervisory roles.
- Act as a liaison between the Manufacturing Manager and machine operators.
- Organize daily activities to align with production schedules.
- Support the general oversight of team members.
- Serve as a backup for the direct Supervisor or Manager during off-hours or absences.
- Provide assistance to the team during unexpected absences.
- Assemble product components to meet production timelines.
- Supervise daily operational activities.
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance outcomes.
- Identify training needs and offer coaching to team members.
- Train personnel to perform tasks within the department.

- Education and Experience: High school diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with cGMPs and ISO standards is preferred.
