Production Team Supervisor

Position Overview: The Manufacturing Team Supervisor will be responsible for establishing timelines and delegating tasks within their designated area to team members, including themselves. This role includes monitoring the team's progress and ensuring the execution of daily operations within the assigned department.
Shift Details: First Shift: 4x10; M-Th 6am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of daily operational tasks.
- Engage with web coding, lamination machinery, sledding and web sledding, and web converting processes.
- Prior experience in label production is advantageous.
- Experience as a Machine Operator while also fulfilling lead responsibilities.
- Act as a liaison between the Manufacturing Manager and machine operators.
- Organize daily activities to align with production planning objectives.
- Assist in the general oversight of team members.
- Serve as a backup to the direct Supervisor or Manager during off-hours or in their absence.
- Step in to support the team during absenteeism as necessary.
- Assemble product components to fulfill production timelines.
- Oversee daily operational activities.
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members.
- Train individuals to perform tasks within the department.

- Education and Experience:
A high school diploma and 3-5 years of relevant work experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with cGMPs and ISO standards is preferred. - Physical Requirements:
