Essential Functions
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting new patients in identifying their orthodontic needs, explaining treatment options, creating new patient charts, and scheduling initial consultations at any of our 60+ locations in NY, NJ, CT, and PA.
  • Provide support to both new and existing patients by assisting with appointment scheduling, managing payments, addressing billing inquiries, and updating patient information with empathy and solution-based recommendations.
  • Coordinate closely with our orthodontic offices to ensure the delivery of the best possible service experience for our patients.
  • Maintain flexibility to work any shift during our operating hours, including Monday to Friday from 10:30AM to 7:00PM, and rotating Saturday's from 8:30AM to 5:00PM,
  • Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our client relations department.
