Xometry is seeking a Manufacturing Solutions Coordinator to join our Solutions Engineering department, focusing on high-value, complex, and strategically important initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of top supplier capabilities
  • Communicate with domestic and international manufacturing partners
  • Manage quoting for production programs and build partner relationships
  • Support team members through prioritization and technical discussions
  • Prepare and submit quotes to sales team
  • Provide basic DFM feedback and optimization ideas
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Update and optimize departmental procedures and training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business-related field preferred
  • 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Product development experience in custom mechanical manufacturing
  • Strong relationship-building skills with external suppliers and partners
  • Experience with international manufacturing preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs, especially Excel/Sheets
  • Ability to read customer drawings, CAD files, and technical documents
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset with ability to challenge inputs and iterate solutions
